Custom Bucket Hats Manufacturer
Bucket hats move fast in streetwear, festival merch and sun-season retail, and NanCrown builds them in several directions: a low flat-top crown with a short brim, a wide gathered-crown sun hat, a frayed-edge denim bucket, and winter buckets in wool with fleece-lined earflaps. Each starts from a blank shell, so the finished hat carries only the branding you add.
Trim and stitching do the styling work, from sherpa panels and piped contrast brims to rings of topstitching and frayed edges, and every surface is open for embroidery, printing, patches or a small raised logo. Inside, we sew in your own woven label. We confirm fit and construction on a pre-production sample in 7–10 days and produce from 50 pieces per colour, per design.
Customization Options
Fabric: cotton twill, washed denim, polyester, wool, or sherpa and fleece trims.
Crown & brim: low flat-top crown with a short brim, or a wide sun-hat brim.
Trim: frayed edges, piped contrast brim, concentric topstitching or earflaps.
Closure: adjustable chin cord with a toggle, or a removable webbing chin cord.
Branding: embroidery, printing or patches outside, and your woven label inside.
