Custom Embroidered Caps: 3D Puff, Flat & Chain-Stitch
Embroidery is the most common way to put a brand on a cap, and the stitch style changes the whole look. NanCrown embroiders caps in raised 3D puff for bold streetwear logos, flat satin-stitch for clean wordmarks, open outline embroidery that lets the fabric show through, chain-stitch for a textured vintage feel, and appliqué for large letters.
We digitise your artwork, stitch it on a pre-production sample in 7–10 days, and adjust thread colours and density with you before bulk. Logos can go on the front, sides, back and brim of any of our cap styles, from 50 pieces per colour.

Yes. 3D puff embroidery is available from our 50-piece-per-colour minimum and is quoted per design, depending on size and stitch count.
What file do you need for embroidery?+
A vector file (AI, PDF or SVG) is best, but a clear high-resolution PNG also works. We digitise it and show you the result on the sample.
Is embroidery included in the price?+
Our price tiers include one flat embroidered logo on the front. 3D puff, extra positions and large stitch counts are quoted per design.
