A patch gives a cap a finished, retail look and keeps fine detail sharp. NanCrown makes patch hats with leather and PU leather patches, rubbery PVC patches, fine-detail woven patches, embroidered patches and felt or fabric appliqué letters.
Patches can be sewn onto trucker hats, baseball and dad caps, snapbacks and bucket hats, in the shape, size and colours of your design. We confirm the patch and its position on a pre-production sample in 7–10 days and produce from 50 pieces per colour, with bulk ready 25–30 days after approval.
